The mission of itsPALEO, like the Arthurian Legend, is to bring together at one table the powerful collective voices of the Paleo Movement.
We welcome input from everyone – just as we aim to be of help to all, regardless of how long you’ve embraced the Paleo Lifestyle Design or the degree to which you are committed to it.
Our goal is to help you move forward into this movement to achieve better health and happiness. We also aim to assist everyone who longs for the things they’ve left behind in terms of their connection to nature and are only now coming to recognize their need to reconnect.
itsPALEO, ‘The Place To Go For Paleo,’ is home to all things Paleo. We’re the best of the best – an aggregation of the finest global content, advice, recipes and community available to those interested in the Paleo/Primal/Caveman movements.
There is no longer a need to hunt and peck the world wide web in a frustrating search for the content best suited to your interests and individual needs. You’ll find it all right here, conveniently organized, and easy to read.
